Useful Book — good advice
This audio book certainly hit home for me. While it doesn’t have all the answers, it does help to put a framework into place, which could help you find your answers. This is not a read or listen once and you’re cured. The work to be done is personal and it will take time. This book is just a great starting point. I recommend it.

Helpful tips but there’s better books out there for that
It’s very bland and just scrapes the very most outer surface on many of the topics

Very boring and not engaging, would not recommend. Some useful information but in general very boring to listen too.
