Same old "Just be positive with work=success"
Just be positive. When you die people will remember you if you were loving and positive.
Just be it...just do it....look at all these people that did it. They prove that this is the best way and that being positive will provide you with tremendous success.

What techniques?
Anecdotes with mix personal experience, sport references and opinion.
No strategies, no depth (most segments are a few minutes long).
Forced myself to finish, unfortunately I did not find it motivational or inspirational. To be fair I expected it to be a book on leadership, which it is only in the sense that leadership is the theme of the book.

Only okay
Lots of small empowering messages but over all fell flat. 'Fact' in the book threw me off "most people die at 9AM on Mondays, people are doing going to work"
Looked it up for US stats: most people die at 11AM on Saturday.
