Average Overall
Good content but best for someone without any knowledge of organizational or time management tools. Much of the advice is rudimentary. The narrator has a tone and manner that got on my nerves-the pitch was grating and the style was up tight and condescending. Not the worst but hard to take for anything more than 15-20 minutes.

Good but not mind blowing in any way
Older book so it’s not revolutionary. It did seem to be a fairly complete overview of how to manage various aspects of life. I took multiple notes.
Some of the techniques are dated because tech has advanced so much. I’ve been using alarms on my phone and smartwatch for a while, I am organizing notes in a series of folders (on my iTunes account so it’s linked to my computer/iPad as well )for the first time ever and that’s awesome, but I started that before reading this book.
Book was good for the overall review as well as anti shaming

Finally! A book that helps!
There are several books out there about women with ADHD. They all say pretty much the same thing....not your fault, can't help it, lists of characteristics blah blah blah. This is the first book I've found that has suggestions on how to actually cope! Seriously, my house has never been so tidy, my clothes so organized, my inbox so empty. I have a heck of a long way to go, but for the first time in half a century, I feel like I might just be able to handle being an adult. An added plus is that it has removed so much stress from my marriage.
I cannot recommend this book enough!
