With the Raccoonses never cleaning up after themselves, Dad decides to pick up a new bin to keep them out for good! That will solve that problematic mess they keep leaving behind.
Unable to open the bin for their food, the Raccoonses struggle to find a way to defeat the new bin.
Ruthy is unhappy with what she sees, as the Raccoonses start to go hungry. She comes up with a solution that would benefit them all.
