great book, amazing narration
The love story between Gentry and Zee is carefully woven into Zee's life mess and Gentry's extraordinary mind and his day-to-day. Sure it's provocative, but thoughtfully told, going down each narrative just far enough before moving to another.

Loved this.
Loved this book so much.

Very Original
Really interesting premise about an autistic man who speaks only old English who gets sucked into a strange crime for the woman he’s decided to champion. Although the big event was awfully bizarre I didn’t hate it. I did find that the middle went on a little too long and the crime just didn’t make sense.

Not for everyone
This was at most original, but in no way plausible. I didn’t like multiple narrators as they at times just didn’t fit the character and were somewhat jarring. I admit I skipped ahead as I did want to know the ending but couldn’t handle listening anymore.
