Cute story
Really liked the main characters quirky personality. I really did not like the male narrator…too formal and uninviting.

Snorefest
I have never written a bad review for a book but this one was pretty bad. I like a good romcom but not when it lacks a good story and characters. I enjoyed the two main characters at times but they went on and on and on about body descriptions that drove me nuts. How many ways can you describe a well built man??? Apparently 100 It took WAAAAY to long for them to figure out their relationship which I felt was very unbelievable. Just a super predictable boring romance… don’t waste your credit!

my most fav Sarah Adams book so far!!!
i am NOT typically a fan of second chance but this one had the perfect amount of acceptable of independence as well and still that long pining after years apart. i appreciated how both main characters never blamed either and believed it was for the best and make their current relationship what is what!!! that’s on reality and mature health relationships!
Nora and Derek were the best grumpy sunshine that got off to the wrong start! he wasn’t even grumpy the whole time he’s just kinda lonely and holding grudges and I love him so so much! I am so much like Nora that everything she did put a smile on my face bc i understand!!
I listened to the audiobook of this and genuinely this might be one of my favs! it was the type of audiobook that didn’t sound like a voice answering machine but genuinely like characters in a movie. I think matching voice to character personality is so important bc it can truly transport you: and the was an A+
