This book is such an eye opener into a complex, unique, and interesting culture. I would absolutely recommend for anyone who wants to hear the other side of the Genghis Khan story, the parts where European history doesn't go or understand. This book is brilliant.

I previously knew very little about the Mongolian Empire, but this book gave a really interesting look into the lives of these women, and the role of women in this society more broadly.

A big shout out to the great narration, which was both pleasant and engaging.
