I wish this book never ended. it was so engrossing. The Harry Houle series cant be beat.

Pretty Good!
This was my first Harry Hole mystery, and it was definitely an experience. I’d be lying if the killer’s identity wasn’t kind of obvious to be right from the first introduction but the motivation and a few twists in their story were unexpected and compelling. By the end I was struggling to stop reading, I was so drawn in.
The narrator was an absolute delight! His characters were distinct and had different inflictions and tones to their voices. I’m hoping to find something else he’s done in the future.

Got me Hooked on Jo Nesbo and of course Harry!!
My favorite of the series, and found it gripping and downright scary but in such a good way. The anti hero hero, what is about this flawed character that gets me so. Read everyone and all are worth the read or listen or both. Lead me into more Scandanavian authors, if your a fan of Dragon Tattoo series this shouldn't disappoint.

Bad reading!
I did not get very far into this book as the reading of it was so off putting! Slow and monotone!! With the release of the motion picture I was very excited to listen to the book and am disappointed that I only got a chapter or two into it before having to turn it off.
