Lots of wisdom in an easy to understand package
I love how the authors of this book don't beat around the bush with excess use of big words and eloquence and get straight to the point, unlike most self-help gurus. The content is very well put together and easy to listen to. Although, I wish it was narrated by Lucio himself.
As someone who completed The Power University, this book does a great job summarizing everything I learned there it all into a smaller package.
If you like what you listened to and want to take it to the next level, I highly suggest you try out Power University if wanna dive deeper and internalize the techniques illustrated in this book.
