Mercedes has not always walked an easy path, with so many self-imposed and societal judgments to battle about being a “stripper”. Along her inner growth path, she has now reached an empowered space of authenticity—from the depths of shame, fear, and judgment to truly owning her narrative.
There are so many misconceptions about the industry, many of these cemented by Hollywood stereotyping. Mercedes is sharing her life story to help shift the stigma around this stereotype. Many of the women she has met in this industry have been the kindest, most open-minded, inspirational women on the planet!
