Good narrators, great story!
The voices were good for distinguishing between characters! The only thing that bothered me a bit is that not all the male characters were voiced by Shane.

Enjoyed it!
Enjoyed the story. A little slow to start but it did pick up. The characters were likeable. The fmc was a little whiny but it didn’t detract from the story to badly.

love this story!
As soon as I found out this was coming to audio, I RAN 🏃♀️ and pre ordered it. my goodness, Callum's voice..ayyyyyeeeee pappiiii.
The narrators were amazing 👏 they really brought the story to life, and just in time for the 2nd book to drop. The only thing I wish was slightly different, was if the male VA covered all of the male portions in the book. The female VA did amazing tho, and I would still recommend this audio, always.
Well done! I'm sad it's over already! I need the 2nd stat!

Well written, exciting story, amazing character and world building, great twists to the story! Beautiful shift in plot, what the reader wants to happens but also perfect amount of angst and tension to keep engaged.

not really "duet" style....
the MMC is voiced by the male narration but that's it all the other male voices are voiced by the female narrator so keep that in mind before you buy it or spend a credit... it's not really a duet at least it's a good story or else this would have been a DNF

OBSESSED 🔥🔥
It’s been a LONG FREAKING TIME that a book has so thoroughly had its hooks into me. and DAMN did i absolutely devour it. Absolutely incredible! I am FERAL for the second.
There are those complaining about the fact that it says it’s a “duet” but Shane only voices the Main Male Character and no one else.. I can understand your frustration, however, I gotta give it up to my girl Zara. 👏🏼She freaking KILLED all of the other male parts. Like I’m sorry Blake??! *swooonnnn*
So in conclusion, OBSESSED. and I will be buying the physical copies. Lauren, you are brilliant. Thank you for writing such an incredible world! ❤️🔥

Captivating and engaging!
The Wolf King exceeded all expectations—it had me hooked from beginning to end. After a string of unfinished reads, this was the book that finally pulled me out of my slump. The duet narration brought the story to life in such a powerful way. I’m already counting down the days until the second book drops in June!
