Good if you're a new to meditation/spiritualiy
It was relaxing to listen too but for me who's not a beginner into such info and practices, I haven't learned anything new. The narrator has a nice voice that fits the subject. He has a cute subtle southern accent. I did find it very funny how he pronounced 'chakra (s)' in different ways from time to time. Sometimes in a normal American EN way and others rolling his 'r' (Spanish style) and adding a 'a' after the 'k', s in 'chakArrra' or 'chakrra'. Couldn't help but notice considering how often that word was used in this book.

Waste of credits
What a waste of credits! All the author does is tell you about the third eye, the history and religion that’s it. No info on how to awaken it nothing!
Just a history book that’s all it is.
