For the love of Canadians....
...please stop saying toke (toque) and Newfindland (Newfoundland). I love the narration but this is the 3rd book and the author is Canadian and it just keeps going.... It's really quite a slap in the face to this whole country.

Narration

This will be the last one for me.
I liked the first two books ok, but this one is where she lost me. It feels like she is trying so hard to shock you or whatever, that everyone ends up being the villain. The bad guys just keep coming out of the bushes, in droves. I was rolling my eyes in the end. Instead of this never ending "reveal" she could've just said "Everyone sucks. The end."

If you’re an animal lover, beware
The storyline just kept dragging on and every time you turn the page another animal was being killed or someone was kicking the dog. For Pete sakes, she even massacred a litter of puppies. Im not sure if she was going for shock value but she lost my readership. I read to be entertained not repulsed and stuck I. A storyline were everyone is the bad guy.
