Good ideas, oddly structured
There are some helpful hints here, to be sure. But there is an extraordinary amount of repetition, with some ideas introduced four, five, even six times as if it were the first time. The majority of the time the author is reading off list after list after list of bullet point ideas, which gets tiring to listen to. And the hints are good but largely superficial; this work should certainly be preceded by something like Covey's 'Seven Habits of Highly Successful People' to contextualize it with some depth. A bizarre publication, to be honest. Much more effort could have gone into its structure and editing.
