This is a new method of training for humans. Most people are confused about how to train themselves. This confusion has led to a lot of frustration and poor self images. This book clears up the confusion on training and empowers normal humans to grow and develop themselves easily. Because this is a new training method, I've written the book in almost 60 short chapters. The goal is to keep each chapter focused on an aspect or perspective of this new, easy way to train.

The first 20 chapters I attempt to take it slow and keep it simple. Frustrations and difficulties with trainings and humans can so readily turn into complicated and confusing messes. Messes that seem impossible to solve. I kept it simple and slow, not because I don't think you are smart, but to get us on the same page. Please be open and patient to this step by step clarification. My goal is that this slow step by step clarification will unlock the frustration and confusion and open up doors of possibilities.
