great listen while painting!
I love colleen cobles books. the narrator is great, as she reads clearly, and with passion during exciting scenes. highly recommend anything narrated by Devon O'Day.

3.5 stars. I enjoyed the first book more, so this one is rated a little lower.
On a side note: I believe the books would be better served with a narrator that uses some dynamics and expression. Sound annoyed when the character is annoyed. Sound angry when they’re angry. Be excited when they’re excited. The female characters all tend to sound kind of weak and lag with no emotion or grit.
