But it is all going to work out fine if Maulkin, the dumbest man in the known universe, can work out how to do what the gods themselves haven’t been able to since the dawn of time, and put Araphel down.

comedic timing
i loved the sarcastic comedy, had me snickering, chuckling, and occasionally giggling at the witty banter and sarcasm.

Well worth the listen.
The humor of the story was wonderful, many times I laughed out load and got many strange looks for it while I was going to my days listening to the whole series.

Such a fun story! Had my laughing out loud!
I started listening to the book because Luke Daniels is one of my favourite narrators, but I was very quickly taken into the story and the characters. Mercy and Asher are the best sidekicks!

I just didn't care about anyone in the end
Everyone is a pos to everyone else. It's the last battle and I didn't care who won. I stopped after yet another betrayal at the first opportunity. I hope the universe was destroyed in the end. they deserve it.
