Hard to follow every character’s story
Too many characters. Storyline of each character didn’t blend well. I will continue with the series to see if there is an improvement

My last Jenny Colgan?
A cute story with a promising beginning to a series. It does have a YA feel, but I found the general tone pleasant and cozy.
I do, unfortunately, always forget about the fat-phobia of this author. Not sure if I will forget this time around as it was front and center throughout. Perhaps this is a slice of reality, but it's not what I am looking for in my fiction.
