Best Book I Have Read On What And When To Eat!
What When Wine has been the most informative book that I have ever read on What and When to eat. The difference maker about this book for me (compared to other books on these topics) is that Melanie has a gift of effectively explaining the complex topics with her fabulous examples and analogies. I finally understand so many concepts that seemed so confusing and Melanie does not "nerd it out" but explains things so amazingly well. Must read! I have now implemented Intermittent fasting into my life and adjusted what I eat and feeling the health and energy benefits already. Game/Life Changing book.
