He explores intelligence tests and ethnic profiling and "hindsight bias" and why it was that everyone in Silicon Valley once tripped over themselves to hire the same college graduate.

It succeeds or fails on the strength of its ability to engage you, to make you think, to give you a glimpse into someone else's head". Light but Compelling
In keeping with Malcolm Gladwell's typical style, What the Dog Saw provides some details and insights into a mixture of offbeat stories that tend to escape our attention.
This book would be a good introduction to Gladwell's work, and would be another welcome edition for those who have listened to/read him before.
Gladwell also makes for an excellent narrator who makes the book read more like a conversation than a recitation.

A Great Collection
I enjoyed 90 percent of the articles. There was only one I personally didnt find interest in but the balance was excellent!

great book

Nice collection!
Gladwell doesn’t disappoint! Even if some of this material is a little dated, there is a lot of useful insight to our thought processes. It’s one of those books that I’ll run again in a year to see what new things I can get from it.
