Breath taking
I had a hard time liking Kennedy at first, but she really grew on me as the story went on and she started treating Brooke like she deserves. I loved Brooke from the start. She's like a friendly little kitten. Usually playful and easygoing but can shy away and hide unexpectedly. Not to mention she can be fierce when it's called for and is too independent for her own good at times.

So sweet
Loved the dynamic between Brook and Kennedy, their story unfolds so nicely!! Lori Prince once again, an unstoppable force, who brings the story and characters to life!!

Loved it!
I've enjoyed every Monica McCallan book that I've read so far - great characters, great storylines, excellent writing! Add Lori Prince's unfailingly stellar narration and you know there's no way you won't enjoy listening to them! I'll definitely be getting the rest of Monica's books in Audiobook format even though I've already read them :)

A sweet story but it lacks any spice
It's a well written story and the narrator does a fantastic job (as always), but I wish Audible had a better system of tagging for titles. This will they won't they story was far more won't they than anticipated and despite a few moments of tension is largely bland for the majority of it's runtime.
