To Kate Beal, responsibility hadn’t been at the forefront of her every-day life. Floating through college was a breeze with little-to-no effort put forth. She was popular—a sorority sister alumni who hadn’t yet explored her professional options. After all, Kate continued to work at a local sports bar even after graduating with no immediate plans of getting a “real” job.
She lived with her best friend and was still hung up on her ex-boyfriend, Blake. All that changed when a series of murders rocked Seattle’s college community, seemingly targeting Kate’s sorority, and sent her running—literally. Kate’s laisse faire lifestyle would soon be shaken to its core as the serial killer’s sights were locked onto Kate.
