Excellent story and equally excellent narration!

Lucy took the cake with this couple! The story was so painfully beautiful!

The way each story started with a letter from one to the other that was either sent or unsent really brought another element to this piece of the Forever Wilde series. You could feel the anguish and sorrow coming from them both over the years in the words they had left unsaid. The dedication they still felt in their hearts for one another even ten years later was so endearing and beautiful too.

Lucy is amazing at world building and character building. We see the characters grow from teenagers to adults in this story in a way we don’t always get to in others like it. The build up of the plot and suspenseful twist with the arsonist made this story complete in a way it wouldn’t have been able to be any other way. The ending was perfect in so many ways and is quite leading for yet another Wilde brother story.

Otto is a wonderful and family driven character whose had so much love and acceptance in his life, so the rejection from the man he loves most hits him incredibly hard. He knows real love, he sees it with his grandpa and Doc, and he wants that so badly but with only one person.

Seth is a wonderful man who made extremely hard life altering choices when he was barely an adult himself, to raise a child so she wouldn’t have nothing and no one. Such a bittersweet choice, one he’d never change and yet it hurt him and Otto terribly.

Michael Dean is, as usual, an amazing voice actor. He brings life to each and every character in the stories from main characters Otto and Seth to side characters Stevie and Beth.

His pacing for the story is always precise, his voice is always crisp and clear and he never has any stumbles or errors. Voice Actors never gets the recognition they deserve, this is so helpful for stay at home parents like me who enjoy their favourite stories while cleaning, cooking, or simply relaxing.

Michael voice is very lovely to listen to, and there is never a time where it sounds awkward or forced. He sounds like he genuinely enjoys the stories he reads, and his expressionate sounds in the more explicit scenes make it all so much better.

Looking forward to listening to more of this great series!

Burnin' Like a Wild Fire 🔥

I must say this has to be the most heart melting in the series yet in my opinion. I always love the bro best friends to lovers stories. I felt like I'm listening to sequel love story. They already love each completely and that skip the whole initial falling in love sequel so we can have more time for something else. I mean they are so freaking sweet to each other. So on point, them so being best friends and lovers already for years. Otto and Sett so melting the area with only their unwavering friendship. Their interaction to each is so heart warming and yet burning hot but extremely wholesome at the same time.

As always, Micheal Dean is the brilliant burning Sun, ☀️ Bringing the entire scene into reality. I truly can't express my appreciation enough of his incredible talent with words alone. I always, not often but always; I always forget that he just one guy and person. Him alone narrating, and acting the whole series is a fantastic treat. He deserves so much more love and recognition for the amount to talent he has. Thank you for narrating this book. Thank you Lucy for such a lovely book series.

This one was difficult for me

I give this one between 3 and 4. This one had me even more annoyed than West book 1 and I was pretty annoyed at that one.

This book had a very interesting story and I kept wanting to read to find out what happens so it could of been a perfect book. Seth and Otto are great together and have great chemistry.

What almost turned me off were so many things. The desperate wife being ridiculous, the brother and parents being bigot assholes and even Otto and Seth both not saying what they knew. It was all so frustrating and I wanted to knock some sense into everyone.

I recommend Hudson's book and the novella flirt though

Michael Pauley did a great performance.

Definitely not her best

Lying to cover for a crime is weak and doesn’t fit the series . Really fell apart at the end.
