The whole audiobook felt like a transformative therapy session

I had yet to come across a book that encompassed all of what I had needed to know and understand in order to heal from my trauma and dysfunctional childhood until I came across this book. With tangible steps to recover from what you had to go through, this book has already transformed how I view my situation and how to learn and grow from it. Whether some or all, this book will most certainly answer your questions about growing up with a narcissistic mother.

Powerful!

This booked was incredibly powerful and sometimes painful. it gave me the opportunity to relate but then also forced me to look at the relationship I have with Mom anyways looking forward to doing more work in this area.
