When the wizards return home from defeating Malice, Tristan discovers not everyone escaped unscathed. Someone close to him has been infected with the zombie virus.
Time quickly becomes an enemy as Tristan searches for an impossible cure to save his friend, but he isn’t ready to give up. Rumor has it that the High Wizard, Ashley Blanchett, has an elixir. The problem is, no one has seen her since magic was outlawed.
