Excellent Guided Meditation

This is my favorite guided meditation. The author has a very calming soothing voice. There are 3 meditations - a 10 minute session that is excellent for calming and relaxing while energizing so you can have more energy for your day. A 20 minute session that is excellent for mid-day. Very calming and relaxing. A third 27 minute session that is excellent in the evening. Many meditations focus on breathing techniques which I don’t like. This author uses guided meditation through words. It is very easy to be quickly soothed and relaxed by her words. I listen to this audiobook over and over again. It is always relaxing and each time I listen I learn something new and beneficial.
