Are the two mutually exclusive? Do the two benefit one another? We go in and break down the various benefits of each and how you might decide which one you should set your sights on.
We also talk about the importance of talking to your mates. It's been a tough few months for many of us, so there's never been a more important time to reach out to your friends and check in on them. Starting up these conversations with friends about mental health could very well be lifesaving.
