Exponential Leadership for Exponential Times

  • Résumé

  • Willem van der Post takes us through the 16 exponential technologies and why this requires exponential leadership for people and companies to progress.

Willem van der Post is the CEO and founder of xTech.Capital – an exponential technology venture capital management and investment firm. xTech.Capital is a private fund that focusses on early stage investments into exponential organisations that leverage technology to solve societal issues profitably.

Before founding xTech.Capital, Willem was the managing partner for Deloitte Africa - Center for the Edge; a disruption innovation business with a focus on exponential technology through which he became one of the first EXO-Works accredited facilitators globally (understanding disruption landscape and preparing to unlock opportunities associated with technology and purpose-driven organisations).

Today, he serves as strategic advisor to the boards of various multi-national companies and is also the founder of xTech.Institute - a micro school that focusses on instilling an opportunity paradigm - tackling society’s biggest challenges through the use of exponential technology. xTech.Institute also collaborates with education brands such as Duke University and the Stellenbosch Graduate Institute to deliver strategic insights to C-suites world-wide, and counts as its clients many of the Fortune500 and JSE Top40 brands.

Willem is an alumnus of the University of Stellenbosch, University of South Africa, University of Cape Town business school and Singularity University in California. Visit our website Learningadvisory.com · Connect with us on LinkedIn
