in this episode, i’m sharing my struggles with restriction and binge eating—two cycles that kept me stuck for years. i used to obsess over calories, fear certain foods, and only feel "in control" when i was restricting. but that eventually led to binge eating as my body rebelled, and the cycle spiraled. it wasn’t until i began to heal my relationship with food that i started to find balance.
