The issue of "Trauma" brings up some very important questions, the first of which is, how do you know if you have Trauma (with a capital "T") or just basic baggage/pain from the past and its corresponding neurosis?
The second question that comes up is, how do I deal with them? What processes, strategies or support do I need to find freedom from Trauma or basic baggage?
