I finally sat down and opened up about myself on my own podcast. Jye my co-host on 'The Couldabeens' took over the host duties which allowed me to discuss how I've gotten to here. I talk about my love and passion for cricket, losing and finding my purpose, and just how important mental health has on each and every one of us. I do discuss some experiences on mental health that might be triggering for some people.
