Episode #2 - 4 Reasons Why Vision Boards Are An Essential Manifestation Tool Welcome back Last time we talked about what it means to manifest something. It’s the act of taking something from the immaterial and bringing it into the material world. Essentially, it is to getting into vibratory alignment and to make something happen. Manifestations can be physical things, experiences, beliefs or feelings. In the previous episode, we talked about how everything starts as a thought first before it comes into the physical world. This brings me to today’s topic of 4 reasons why Vision boards are an essential tool for manifestation. Reason #1 it brings clarity. So many people are stuck at the wishing stage. I wish I had more money, I wish I could go on a vacation, I wish I had a different job, I wish I could find love. They stop there in this vague state. The word wish also has this subtext of I don’t believe it’s possible, or it’s not likely to happen. I wish X but Y is the reality type thing. What’s important to remember is…The universe says yes. When you say I wish I had more money ….. the universe may give you a nickel, a dollar. You did not specify that you wanted more something along the lines of $100, $1000, $10,000 or a million dollars. If you say I wish I had a different job… The universe may help you depart your job, end your current job (get laid off or get fired) but what comes open or presents itself to you next, may not be what you really want, or even better than what you had. But you said you wanted something different. So yes… the universe said… here is something different. By creating your vision board or doing one of my vision board workshops where I guide you through this possess, it helps you get clarity on your desires. Some of the clients I’ve worked with during my vision board workshops have had a hard time envisioning what they want for their dream life. When this happens I ask them to explore if they have an underlying belief of feeling unworthiness. If you feel unworthy of having an abundance of money, or an amazing dream home, an exotic vacation, flying first class, or getting the job you have always wanted then that is what you will manifest. You are saying to the universe I can’t have this i’m not worthy so you will not get it. I have several specific exercises that I guide my clients through to help them get out of the small box they are currently in. Honestly, it’s ok if you just even have 1 thing on your vision board you want to work on. Once you start making progress, once you start seeing shifts and things coming to you, it will open your mind to what’s truly possible. The limited mind will start to shift to seeing more and more opportunities, possibilities and abundance. The more you do on this personal development journey the more you will open up and increase your self worth, your thoughts of what’s possible and feelings of abundance. This is one reason why your vision board will change and evolve with you. Reason #2 Transforming thoughts into the physical Remember how I said at the beginning that everything starts as a thought and to manifest something means to take it from the immaterial world, a thought and to bring it to reality. The act of creating your vision board has you go through the process of taking something from the immaterial, your thought or desire and bringing it into a physical form with the print out of what you want. This is an aligned action step in making your manifestation happen. It’s aligning your energy in that specific direction. Reason #3 - Keeping the Vision In creating your vision board it’s important to choose images that deeply resonate with you. Try to get images that you feel connected to, that most closely represent what you can see in your head. It’s never been easier to make vision boards now that we have search engines like Google and Pinterest and even AI image creators. You are no longer limited to what’s available in the numerous magazines you would have to get doing it that way. Search engines also suggest other images that are related to what you are searching for, this can help expand your mind of what’s possible. I love pinterest for sourcing beautiful images when vision boarding. Your vision board serves as a constant visual reminder of what you are working on manifesting. You should look at it every single day. Take a few minutes in the morning to visually visit all the photos you have chosen and put on your vision board. Feel the connection. Why did you put those up there? How will you feel when those items or experiences have manifested? I prefer a physical vision board vs a digital vision board. Why you might ask? Because as you grow and transform in your journey you will manifest things on your vision board. With a dynamic (meaning you can change it as you go) you can add things as you think of them or remove things around as your manifestations come to fruition. My vision board ...
