    In this episode we explore why these apps are so addictive, the misleading allure of influencer culture, the toxic cycle of comparison, the dangers of cancel culture, and the world it's creating for future generations. We aim to encourage people to reclaim control of these platforms and prioritise their well-being without the pressures to live their life to please the pressures of social media.
