On today's episode, I interview Ashley Katzakian who is one of the founding members of the So Hum Collective.
RYT 200hr, PN1 - An integrative wellness teacher, Ashley alchemizes the modalities of yoga, Ayurveda, guided visualization, and energy work to offer classes that are well-rounded and approachable to all people. After studying yoga in India, Ashley received her yoga teacher training from the Yoga Center of Minneapolis and is currently working to become an Ayurvedic Practitioner through Yoga Veda Institute. Her teaching style is rooted in Vinyasa and Yin with a large focus on alignment and breath work.
Ashley believes in a holistic mind-body approach in order to bring peace to the body, mind, and soul.
