Jim Sprankle is a former professional baseball player, world renown artist, and entrepreneur. He played for the Brooklyn Dodgers and Cincinnati Reds over an 11 year career as a right handed pitcher. He won the World Series with the Brooklyn Dodgers in 1955. He is celebrated as one of the most well known wood carving waterfowl artist in the world. In addition to his many talents, Jim is also recognized as a premier wood carving instructor, author, and business owner.
