Matt is an author, speaker, and professional instructor focusing on a counterintuitive approach to stress management aimed at leveraging the key pathways of stress to live our best lives. Exposure in childhood to domestic violence was the initial spark which motivated Matt to seek methods to combat stress eventually culminating in becoming a martial arts school owner and a Wim Hof Method Level 3 trainer. Over the last 15 years, he has taught more than 10,000 members of the public, as well as trained over 500 instructors from 40 different countries, ways to leverage stress for peak potential.
