This week we take a look at property management and ownership through a different light. Bruce Blackwood is a owner/operator who took a chance on a maintenance man in 2006 which led to his untimely death.
We pick apart the could-a, would-a, should-a's here, ask a lot of questions of what came next, and in the end are just very sad for Bruce and his family/friends/community.
