Take a peek into my personal diary as I share with you 8 thoughts for 800 days without alcohol. I decided to quit drinking alcohol over two years ago and haven't looked back since! I am really passionate about talking about how amazing life is without alcohol, but I also share some of the real and not so fun stuff about it too.

I decided to quit drinking alcohol on my own because I wanted to better my life and my health. I am not someone who was forced to quit due to a drinking problem or an addiction. So please know my thoughts, opinions, and experiences are likely much different than someone who has struggled with alcohol addiction. This episode is meant for anyone who is sober or sober curious and considering cutting back or cutting out alcohol as a means of self-improvement.
