  • Lovely Christina joins me on the podcast this week to share her two birth stories. Christina is incredibly down to earth and speaks candidly about her experiences. Two vaginal births in the public system, the first leaving her with some birth trauma and the inability to cut chicken post episiotomy. She then went on to complete her Hypnobirthing Practitioner Training and then used those skills throughout her next birth, a positive and powerful experience.
