  • #24 | Caitie Belle
    Aug 26 2024

Caitie is the general manager at the boxing gym Peter and Arthur work at, a former personal trainer, and a fitness influencer. We talk about a wide array of subjects from dating to fitness, and we touch on the essay I wrote and aired prior to this episode, specifically about the inability for people to know themselves in a world where screen time is taking over lives. We had much more to discuss and we will probably meet up again to discuss. Let us know what you think.

No doubt, Dom will be on many more times, but I really hope you enjoy this first time ever experience here at A Better Life Walkthrough. There will be many more guests to come in the near future. • #12 Best Quotes from Friedrich Nietzsche
    Jun 3 2024

We shared Nietzsche's quotes on love, his controversial thoughts on Christianity, his typical cynicism and surprising optimism on our species in general, and his profound wisdom on morality. This was a fun one, we hope you stuck around for the full episode.

Starting this episode we started a new segment: Vice Highlight!

During this segment we breakdown some of our experiences with one particular common vice and share some articles and solutions to that vice. We hope this segment can be inspiring and educational when it comes to getting out of your own way. On this episode we focused on doom-scrolling. This a common vice and one that, we believe, hinders happiness.

  • On Christianity, Bullshit, and Pseudo-profound Bullshit
    Oct 18 2025

As provocative as this title may be, I decided to keep it since it shares the technical terms which are simply too relevant to omit. Nothing in this essay is intended as ad hominin, and I wouldn't share anything which doesn't provide silver lining or an imperative. So, as offensive as this title and topic seem, it is not directly offensive; it is merely offensive in that it is a critique of some bad ideas which people find comfort it which are sadly prominent today. Linked below are where the terms I used originated. Stay guided by reason, and motivated by love.

  • If You Want What's Best for People, Understand them | Ignorance is Bliss for You, but Not for Others
    Oct 18 2025

I'm a weird person and this is a weird way to share what's shared. I'm not always nice or sweet. I show love with the austerity of a fighter or a philosopher. It's not normal to discuss an ex in this way, but I hope this post sparks in you a desire to learn more for our species' well-being and motivates you to treat your loved ones with the love they need. Stay guided by reason and motivated by love.

  • Reason vs. Our Information Landscape, Politics, and Religion | Guided by Reason pt. 3 of 4
    Oct 18 2025

This was originally going to be a 3 part series, but I turned it into 4 to make it a bit more digestible. Life's been hectic, hence the random upload schedule I have, but I still have things I'm writing and I have messages I care to get out. So, I'm still here doing this thing. There's a lot I've been reading and I look forward to making videos on some of that so stay tuned. This and the next few essays have points which don't exactly sound nice. I try not to personally attack, however, I am pretty passionate about some of this so some righteous anger comes out in this and my next two uploads. Although it may sound harsh at times, it came from a good place in my heart. At this point I'm just rambling, unsure of what to put in these descriptions sometimes, so.... Stay guided by reason and motivated by love.

  • Attention Fragmentation Will Make Us So Ignorant We Destroy Ourselves
    Sep 16 2025

For the sake of not fragmenting your attention, I included video for my message. So, for better or worse my face, however ugly, is in this one.

I included a few studies/stats. Check out the description under my video Attention, Satiety, Satisfaction for the links to those. Perhaps this video was more stern. It is still, however, delivered out of concern for the well being of other people.

Apologies for the bad audio. I am on a family trip and did not have access to my recording equipment. RIP Charlie Kirk. Commentors, please keep it civil.
