  • In this heartfelt and honest discussion, we take a moment to bridge the generational divide and speak directly to Baby Boomers and Gen X—not in anger, but in a plea for understanding. Millennials and Gen Z have grown up in a world vastly different from the one their parents and grandparents knew, facing skyrocketing costs of living, crushing student debt, wage stagnation, and an increasingly unstable job market.

Yet, too often, these struggles are dismissed with phrases like “just work harder” or “we had it tough too.” In this episode, we lay out the stark economic and societal differences between past and present, from the cost of homeownership to the shifting job landscape, and explain why the same playbook that worked decades ago no longer applies.

More importantly, we talk about what we need from older generations to help us all move forward together. How can we foster empathy, support policies that make life more sustainable for younger generations, and ensure that the wealth, stability, and wisdom of the past don’t become barriers to the future?

Let’s start the conversation—because generational unity is the key to a better future for everyone.

📜✉️ An open letter to our parents, our mentors, and our leaders—let’s talk.
