Suhaiba Neill grew up in a family of educators who started a painting business in 1975 in Ardmore PA. Suhaiba Neil started her career with the Philaldphia 76 Basketball team when she graduated College. She eventually found her way back to the family business.  

The founder of The Full Circle Business, Suhaiba Neill is a consultant who helps business owners get from “stressed to streamlined.” She specializes in systems and processes for service-based businesses, including: productivity and organizational tools, strategic business planning, structuring businesses for growth, marketing plans for consistent and qualified leads and implementing singular operating systems for maximum operational efficiency. Suhaiba loves helping other business owners build success through consistency, and has used her 15+ years of experience as the Vice President of a  40+ employee family-owned Residential Painting Company to craft proven strategies to do so.
