In the 19th episode of AI in Recruitment, Ivan Stojanovic, a prominent figure in recruitment technology, predicts that there won't be a single recruiter who isn't using AI for recruitment. "Because they won't be in recruitment anymore if they don't."

'AI doesn't get tired'

Stojanovic, who develops AI recruitment solutions through his company Taladria, explains how artificial intelligence is already revolutionising the hiring process. His company's AI system can process thousands of CVs in seconds, performing analyses that would be impossible for human recruiters.

"If you review more than 200 CVs in a row, the quality of your manual reviewing drops drastically," Stojanovic explains. "By Friday afternoon, your quality is going to drop significantly. AI doesn't get tired, doesn't forget the first candidate when it's scoring the last one."
