  • When I turned 50 years old, I decided that I wanted to do something big in my life. When I made that choice, I had no idea that it would become a lifetime journey, of seeking God-designed health, spirit, soul and body, at such a level that it would cost so much, and yet heal, restore and give so much more . I believe, according to the book of third John, verse two, that my physical health is directly tied to how my soul functions. I know now that God has a particular rhythm of ease to lead me down my path and mission in life. Without following this path, I automatically default to a path or rhythm of dis – ease. Whatever I choose, begins with a thought. That thought can be positive and filled with life, everlasting. Or that thought can be negative and lead to, if not weeded out and arrested, a consequence through action I really didn't intend. And ultimately, could even cause me to be pushed out of this earth suit before my journey is complete. I would prefer to do this journey with like-minded travelers, people who's stories are still in progress like me. Will you travel with me?
