People are left Vitamin A toxic and with symptoms like Hidradenitis Suppurativa, Sjogren's Disease, Eczema, Kidney and Liver problems, Migraines, Constipation, and Cholestasis. People who eat a lot of Liver, Kidney, and Cod Liver Oil may be taking in way too much Vitamin A. He talks about foods to avoid and foods safe to eat as you detox.
