    Zero with his co-host Norm, tells the stories of his experiences with addiction and those around him who struggled with it as a means to cope with their daily issues.

    In this podcast, I share my personal experiences with loneliness, its connection to addiction, mental illness and other factors. I also talk about how loneliness can have a negative impact on the experience of addiction. There are many of us who might have a hard time admitting that we need help. It's not always easy to talk about our mental health and can be a difficult conversation to have. I'll be discussing the different ways addiction and loneliness can affect our mental health and how one can feed into another.
