WELCOME TO "ALL VOICES: COLLABORATIVE & CONSTRUCTIVE CONVERSATIONS TO CREATE CHANGE IN HEALTHCARE"!

Here on the pod & at Rise & Rally, we recognize that the healthcare system is broken – broken for providers, broken for patients & if you’re tuning in, likely broken for you or someone you love. We don’t just want to change it; we NEED to. Together.

That’s why we started our podcast, “All Voices” to be the place where we, as a collective group of people struggling with the current system can sit down & let all voices involved be heard so that we can truly collaborate, communicate & constructively create change in the healthcare system.
We do this by bringing on guests of all types from those most impacted by the failures of the current system, patients, providers & caregivers to those who have the power to help us change it such as hospital stakeholders, medical educators, policymakers & more so that we can truly open up the dialogue on what isn’t working & start fixing it together.

While we want to fix the system – that takes time, so while talking about the problem & how to execute the changes that need to be made, we also talk about how patients, providers & caregivers can navigate & work the system now to get what they need & overcome the issues until we can change them.

You can expect insightful discussions, personal stories, expert insights, inspiring ideas & empowering conversations to help you navigate the current healthcare system’s pitfalls & help us all collectively take actionable steps toward advocating for & creating change.
We hope that by listening to the experiences & insights of those who share here, you’re inspired to lend your own voice to the conversation & get involved in helping to create change. After all, if we’re to truly effect change, we need to hear ALL VOICES – yours included - so let's get started!
