  • At long last Ep11 is finally here. The 2 lads have been struggling the last couple of weeks between working, trying to stay on track, eating right, training, injuries and everything else that happens in life! They dig in a bit deep to see why things are going backwards not forwards...as usual Stu is trying to get Pete to make a start after 4 months....The lads apologies for the drop in activity but are still committed to the end goals and will push through.
