  • On the afternoon of October 23, 1988, a the body of 26-year-old Anna Jean Kane was found on a hiking trail near  Shoemakersville, PA. When Anna’s remains were recovered, she was fully clothed, had facial bruises, and a rope fastened around her neck . Still, her case went cold until an anymous letter was sent to the local paper with information that only the killer would know, as well as DNA on the envelope. Over three decades later, people believe they have now solved the case.
