Polly from Lake Fitness joins Amy, our Park Manager to talk about the September reset - summer is over, normality resumes and Polly has plenty of hints and tips for embracing the autumn months, getting fit and healthy with classes or fitness sessions at the park's gym.

We also look ahead to October and plans at the park for Halloween, and there's a brief mention of Christmas.... (less than 100 days to go!)
